No. Employees assess the purchasing process and support they receive internally. Supplier quality, delivery and commercial terms need a separate evaluation. ### Can employees answer about open requests? Yes. Keep the status question and interpret open requests separately. Someone waiting for a result cannot fairly judge the completed outcome. ### Should this produce a procurement score? Review each dimension separately.
