Adapt language for your learners and provide a separate route for a personal request for help. Do not ask students to disclose diagnoses, grades, or private circumstances just to explain a barrier. Keep “did not need help” separate from “could not get help.” For example, changing the booking explanation may matter more than adding another session if learners do not know how to start.
