Cohen and colleagues’ 2011 study asked working adults about a staff or team meeting they had attended “within 48 hr”. The [meeting design study ](https://digitalcommons.unomaha.edu/psychfacpub/96/)examined how design characteristics related to perceived meeting quality. It informs the focus on a recent, specific meeting, but it does not validate these original questions or prove that any single change will improve performance.

### How soon should attendees respond?

Invite feedback while the meeting is still easy to recall. Name the meeting and date so everyone evaluates the same event.

### Can this evaluate a recurring meeting series?

Use the same questions after selected meetings and keep the dates separate. A series-level survey needs a clearly stated review period.

### Does it produce an effectiveness score?

No. Review each answer and the written examples separately. This original questionnaire has no validated composite score.
