If one brew has high aroma ratings but low balance, investigate the roast or preparation before changing a product. These subjective answers cannot prove safety, nutrition or future sales. Pinsuwan and colleagues studied eight brewed black-coffee samples with trained panelists and 100 consumers. The university-hosted abstract says differences were described by attributes including “roasted, bitter taste, balance/blended and fullness”.
