Because the work was conducted during COVID-19, it informs what to ask but does not validate this questionnaire or determine priorities in every institution. ## Frequently asked questions ### Is this the same as a restaurant satisfaction survey? No. This template is for recurring institutional food service such as a workplace or campus cafeteria. A restaurant survey covers a commercial dining visit and its customer experience. ### Can this survey confirm food safety? No. It collects user observations and satisfaction. Use established inspection, incident-reporting and food-safety processes for hazards or suspected illness. ### Should every item be combined into one score? Not automatically.
