Send this short debrief within 48 hours of the named shift or assignment, while volunteers can still recall the role, resources, staff access, and workload. ### Is this the same as a volunteer exit survey? No. This template improves a recent shift. An exit survey asks why someone is ending or pausing their involvement and what affected that decision. ### Can volunteers report urgent concerns here? Provide a separate named safety or safeguarding route. The feedback survey may reveal unclear processes, but it should not be the only channel for urgent or protected reports.
