This short original questionnaire is not that study’s validated instrument, and one-country findings do not represent all branches. ## Frequently asked questions ### Does this measure how long people actually waited? No. It asks whether the wait felt acceptable. Record elapsed time separately if the office needs an operational measure. ### Can it evaluate a parcel delivery? No. This version concerns an in-person counter visit. Delivery needs a different reference event and questions. ### What if a branch has no queue kiosk? The questions do not assume a kiosk.
