No. It records perceived performance and task impact. Measured bandwidth, latency and packet loss require a separate technical test. ### Should respondents run a speed test first? Not for this questionnaire. Asking for a test changes the task. If you need measured results as well, provide a separate protocol and explain how those readings will be used. ### Can the answers show which provider caused a problem?
