Its findings concern that package-tour setting; they do not validate this original questionnaire or show that one change will improve every trip. ## Frequently asked questions ### Can this be used for a business trip? Use a business-travel questionnaire when you need employee feedback about booking rules, expenses or work schedules. This version asks paying travelers about an organized leisure trip. ### Should I send it before travelers return? Collect feedback after the services you are asking about have been delivered. An earlier check-in can address a problem during the trip, but it answers a different question. ### Does the survey cover accommodation?
