# File Upload

File Upload questions let respondents upload files as part of their survey answer.

Drag and drop or click the File Upload question type, enter your question text, and adjust the settings in edit mode. SurveyLegend autosaves changes as you work.

Please upload the design files you want us to review.

Accepted files are controlled by your survey settings.

File Upload questions collect respondent files directly inside the survey response flow.

## Settings

After adding a File Upload question to your survey, click or tap on it to activate edit mode and access the settings panel.
