Our sub-processors of data

In some cases, we use third-party technologies and services to deliver the best services to our Users, Respondents, and Visitors. Data or Personal Data may be stored or processed by these services.
    1. Stripe

      To securely handle online payments Stripe. Stripe manages our online payments when users use their credit or debit cards.

      Our Stripe dashboard provides an overview of transactions and users who have paid us, but credit/payment card information remains encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s data centers.

      Stripe processes data based on the necessity to perform the contract (payment processing) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and analytics).

      International Data Transfers: Data may be transferred outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU – US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

    1. PayPal

      To provide alternative ways of payment to our Customers, we also use PayPal. Similar to Stripe, we do not have access to detailed payment information when payments are handled by PayPal.

      PayPal processes data based on the necessity to perform the contract (payment processing) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and analytics).

      International Data Transfers: Data may be outside the EU using Standard Contractual Clauses, Binding Corporate Rules approved by supervisory authorities, or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

      Note:
      Users, especially EU citizens protected by GDPR, should review PayPal’s privacy policy for the latest information on their data protection measures before using PayPal for their payments.

    1. DigitalOcean

      We store and safeguard Users’ data (registration and account information), survey data (information about User’s surveys, questions, etc.), and Response data (information that Respondents provide while participating in surveys and their uploaded files).

      This data is securely saved on our data centers hosted by DigitalOcean LLC, which are physically located in EU (Frankfurt Germany) and comply with GDPR. This data is encrypted and protected by robust security measures.

    1. Firebase

      Our system uses Firebase Realtime Database, a service by Google. All Firebase Realtime Databases are currently hosted in the U.S. Google LLC, including Firebase products, comply with GDPR and use Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers.

      In some cases under very heavy usage response data may temporarily be processed through Google Cloud servers before being transferred to our European servers and deleted from Google Cloud servers promptly.

      Firebase Realtime Database collects IP addresses and User agents from the browsers of visitors and retains the information for a few days.

    1. LiveChat

      To provide live chat support we useLiveChat, which includes a tracking system for insights on user beahviour on our site or app.

      Users are informed about data collection and provide consent where necessary. LiveChat processes data based on user consent and legitimate interests (support functionality and analytics).

  1. Google Analytics

    We use Google Analytics on our website and app to track page views and user behavior. This data helps us improve user experience and service performance. Google Analytics collects data that is anonymized and not personally identifiable.

    Google Analytics provides general information which is not personally identifiable. Only general behavior of visitors like, which countries visitors are visitng from, which pages are visited the most, what devices (computers, tables, or smartphones) or web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc..) are used and similar information.
