Our Newsletters and Notifications
It is a given that data and information are very important to both SurveyLegend and to you. Therefore, we have designed a system that notifies you about important things regarding your account. Currently, we make use of different types of notifications described below.
Each type of notification email that you receive is marked with a specific stamp design. By looking at the stamp in your email and comparing it with the stamps on this page, you can easily see which group of notifications that email belongs to.
- System or Account Events These emails are about important things concerning your account, or our services. Therefore you cannot unsubscribe from them.
- Newsletter Emails Occasionally, you may receive emails from us about new features, or professional survey tips and tricks. We will not spam you but you can unsubscribe from these emails.
- Summary Notifications Every time your survey reaches a milestone in quantity of collected responses, we send you an email. You can unsubscribe from these emails by turning them off in the configure step of each survey.
- Instant Notifications When enabled, our system sends you an email as soon as you get a new response for the respective form or survey. You can turn the feature off in the configure step of each survey.
- Notifications Badges This is just a visual badge with a number on it, that you only see when logged into your account.
