How to Customize the Questions

Name the unit and term in the introduction, then replace broad labels such as technology or student materials with the resources teachers actually received. Keep answer scales balanced and review SurveyLegend’s guide to leading questions so the wording does not assume the curriculum was useful. Do not ask teachers to identify students or turn these answers into a performance rating.

Printable PDF

How to Use the Answers

First separate delivery coverage from the other answers; someone who taught little of the unit has a different basis for judgment. Then compare unclear goals, timing fit, resource effects, and reasons for adaptation. Ravi et al. (2023) reported that teachers asked for “additional time for preparation given the novelty of the curriculum.” Read the teacher curriculum study . It involved seven teachers implementing one AI-literacy curriculum, so use it to frame practical questions—not to validate this survey or infer student learning.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a student course evaluation?

No. This questionnaire asks teachers about implementing one curriculum unit. Student feedback on teaching, workload, and materials belongs in a course evaluation.

Should every teacher receive the same version?

Use the same core questions when teachers delivered comparable versions. Record the unit, term, grade band, or site separately only when those groupings are safe and useful.

Does frequent adaptation mean the curriculum failed?

Not necessarily. Adaptation can reflect time, learner needs, available resources, or local relevance. Review the stated reason before treating frequency as a problem.
