Text based
Text box
The text box is one of the most common survey fields, widely used to collect different sorts of feedback, which could sometimes be reffered to as "open-ended" question.
Number box
Number box is similar to a text box but is adjusted to only accept numeric values as input. This kind of survey field can be used for when you expect your participants to answer your question with a number.
Comment box
You will use the comment box survey field, if you expect a multiline answer from your participants. They can easily type a long text that contains several lines or paragraphs.
Multiple text boxes
Multiple Text Box survey field is in fact a combination of several text boxes into one. The only difference is that each text box has its own unique label. It’s a great alternative to creating a general question with several sub-questions.
The Email field is designed for those that want to keep in contact with survey participants via email, or generate leads. It helps respondents to correctly type their emails and avoids collecting invalid emails.
Name
This special text field will smartly filter away numbers or special characters, such as symbols (@, #, €, numbers, etc…) that are not used in names. This way you collect more quality data.
Choice based
Dropdown list
A dropdown list works exactly in the same way as single selection does. The only difference is that the choices are organized inside a dropdown list instead of being all visible at the same time.

This survey field lets you create questions with several preconfigured answers for participants. Participants are able to choose only one of the choices that you provide.
Multiple selection
This survey field is designed for creating questions with several preconfigured answers for participants. However, participants are able to choose more than one of the choices provided.
Multiple selection (Limited)
This survey field is also designed for creating questions with several preconfigured answers for participants. However, participants are able to choose more than one of the choices provided, but not more than the quantity that you define.
Rating
It’s a common way of asking for opinions online, and people are very used to it. In addition, it will be easy to analyze the collected data for you, because you can easily calculate the average value of the collected ratings.
Slider
This is an interactive question type that is widely used in online surveys. The “slider scale” gives researchers the opportunity to produce questions and answers in a style that incorporate a greater breadth of answers.
Emoji
This provides a ternary way of rating, which ranges from -1 to +1, or as it is visually represented for the participants a range of Bad → Neutral → Good, or Sad → Neutral → Happy.
Thumbs
Thumbs up and thumbs down provides a way of asking for binary feedback. So the answer is either positive or negative. This kind of answer is also known as “Hot or Not”.
Likert Scale
Our specially designed likert scale makes it extremely simple to create mobile-friendly scaled survey questions, with large quantity of Likert Items and Selection Choices.
Opinion Scale
The Opinion Scale question is a new and redesigned variation of the Likert-type question, which is presented in a visually different way. In our new design, choices are visually presented on a “scaled” or “ranged” clickable set of choices.

The thank you page is a great way to thank participants and/or offer incentives (such as discount codes or other special offers) as a sign of appreciation. Participants like a thank you, and a gift to know their feedback was appreciated.
Branding
The Branding field makes it possible for you to place your company logo, a banner or any image in your survey. This feature helps participants to recognize and trust the survey creator and will make it easier to get their feedback.

Set acceptable input formats

Scale rating ranges
